Returns


We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, but we ask for our customers to shop thoughtfully and ask any questions they may have prior to purchase.  If you have any questions while you are shopping, please send us an email or browse the knowledge base in our Customer Support Center.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have 30 days from the date ordered toinitiate a return.  If the product is in its original condition, with all tags and included components, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 business days of receiving it into our warehouse. PLEASE NOTE:  Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.  Final sale and custom-made products are not eligible for return. Items purchased from other retailers or websites must be returned according to the specific retailer's policies and procedures.  

To initiate a return, please use the return label that will be provided with your order. Please ensure that the tracking number is activated by the Carrier within 30 days from the date ordered. If you have lost your return label, you may request one from our Customer Support Center.

Shipping Policy


All products ship from Georgia within 24 Hours Monday through Friday. We ship FedEx, USPS and UPS depending on package size and rates. Orders of $100 or more that are shipping to the 48 contiguous United States ship free of charge, and ship via Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS ground. Expedited shipping options and estimated costs are available at check out. An email with tracking information is sent when the product ships.

We do not ship internationally at this time.  We recommend sending your order to a friend or family member in the States who is willing to forward it.
